In observance of Abraham Lincoln's and George Washington's Birthdays, Sacramento County offices will be closed on Friday, February 12 and Monday, February 15. As always, emergency services will be available, and garbage pick-up will continue. All offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, February 16.

Beginning Monday, February 1 through Saturday, March 27, the Department of Human Assistance will offer free and confidential tax preparation services and information about EITC, Earned Income Tax Credit, to low- and moderate-income individuals and families.
